Ingredients:

  • 100 ml of purified water;
  • 300 g wheat flour;
  • 100 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 3 art. l. any seeds;
  • 2 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 0.3 tsp baking powder;
  • 1 pinch of salt.

Cooking:

  • Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl: flour, seeds, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  • Heat water and oil in the microwave.
  • The mix already heated liquids (oil and water).
  • Pour them into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
  • Mix all the ingredients until an elastic dough is formed.
  • Roll out the dough into a square shape up to 5 mm thick.
  • Cut it with a knife into equal squares.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180-200 degrees until golden brown

Oatmeal cookies without flour and butter

Another recipe for diet and low-fat cookie options. These are not just cookies, but solid pluses: fast, tasty, and healthy.

Cooking time – 30 min.

Oatmeal cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of oatmeal;
  • 2 pcs chicken eggs;
  • ½ cup raisins;
  • 3 tsp Sahara;
  • 1 g vanillin or vanilla sugar.

Cooking:

  • Pour boiling water over the raisins for a couple of minutes to make them swell.
  • Grind oatmeal in a blender or coffee grinder until fine crumbs.
  • Beat the eggs, adding sugar, crushed cereal, raisins, and vanilla.
  • Leave the dough to rest for five minutes, but for now, prepare a baking sheet and cover it with parchment.
  • Form round cookies with a spoon on a baking sheet.
  • Bake it for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 degrees.

Carrot cookies

What could be tastier than homemade shortbread cookies? Only healthy shortbread cookies with a magic ingredient – carrot puree. If your children are naughty and do not want to eat vegetables, then this recipe is for you.

Cooking time – 30 min.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g boiled carrots;
  • 800 g flour;
  • 80 g butter;
  • 2 pcs chicken eggs;
  • 100 g of sugar;
  • 50 g sesame;
  • 2 tsp baking powder;
  • 20 ml vegetable oil.

Cooking in 3 steps:

Stage 1 – preparation:
  • Grind the boiled carrots in a blender until puree.
  • Melt the butter, and add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to it.
  • Whisk the eggs.
Stage 2 – prepare the dough:
  • Sift 600 g flour into a large bowl.
  • Add sugar, baking powder, butter, eggs, and carrots to the flour.
  • Knead the dough, gradually adding 200 g of flour.
Stage 3 – form balls:
  • Lubricate your hands and work surface with vegetable oil.
  • We tear off small balls from the dough, the size of an apricot, and lay the blanks on the surface.
  • When all the balls are formed, proceed to lay them out on a baking sheet, previously greased with oil.
  • Dip 1 side of each ball into sesame seeds and flatten slightly.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Curd snails

Every housewife has at least one baking recipe, which includes cottage cheese. So our list is complemented by cottage cheese cookies. It will delight both you and your baby. Crispy on the outside and very soft on the inside.

Cooking time – 35 min.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of fine-grained fatty cottage cheese;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 250 g flour;
  • 150 g of sugar;
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar;
  • 10 g baking powder;
  • A pinch of salt.

Cooking:

  • In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese and vanilla sugar, and add salt and butter.
  • Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder to the curd mass. Add flour little by little, as its amount may vary depending on the moisture content of the cottage cheese.
  • The finished dough should not stick to your hands. Do not overdo it, it should remain soft.
  • Divide the dough in half, and roll each part into circles up to 3 mm thick.
  • Sprinkle each circle evenly with sugar and roll them into rolls.
  • Roll mode in pieces of 2-3 cm.
  • Lay each piece out on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Banana balls

Banana balls are a quick treat. Just a couple of ingredients, 5 minutes to prepare the dough, and 20 minutes to wait near the oven – juicy banana and coconut balls are ready.

Cooking time – 25 min.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana;
  • 100 g coconut flakes;
  • 90 g flour;
  • 80 g of sugar;
  • 50 ml of butter;
  • 15 ml of water.

Cooking:

  • Grind the banana to a puree.
  • Add sugar, water, and vegetable oil. Mix everything.
  • Mix flour and coconut flakes.
  • Gradually add the banana mass to the bulk ingredients. Mix until smooth.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Divide the dough into small balls, and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees in a preheated oven.

Apple biscuits

Apple cookies are a classic, everyone remembers them from childhood. Therefore, it would be a mistake not to add it to our list. Especially when the recipe contains products that are in every kitchen.

Cooking time – 20 min.

  • 2 apples;
  • 2 pcs chicken eggs;
  • 100 g of sugar;
  • 100 g soft butter;
  • 280 g flour;
  • 1 tsp baking powder;

  • Beat the eggs, gradually adding regular and vanilla sugar to them.
  • Add soft butter to the eggs, and mix for another minute.
  • Add 200 g flour and baking powder, and mix thoroughly.
  • Cut the apples into cubes (after removing the core), and add to the dough.
  • Mix everything and add the rest of the flour.
  • We prepare the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and grease the baking sheet with oil.
  • We spread the dough with a tablespoon at a distance of 2-3 cm.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.

Pumpkin biscuits

Why does everyone associate pumpkin cookies with Halloween candy? I think pumpkin is the ingredient that makes any dish original.

Cooking time – 1 hour 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g butter (not less than 72%);
  • 2 pcs chicken eggs;
  • 150 g flour;
  • 160 g of sugar;
  • 50 g cocoa;
  • 10 g vanilla sugar;
  • A pinch of salt;
  • Powdered sugar.

Cooking:

  • In a large bowl, mix butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth, add salt and cocoa.
  • In a homogeneous oily mass, drive in the eggs, and continue to mix.
  • Gradually, in portions, add flour and baking powder.
  • We send the finished dough for 40 minutes – 1 hour in the freezer (it should freeze so that the balls roll well).
  • We take out the dough, roll up small balls, and roll them in powdered sugar.
  • We spread the balls on a baking sheet covered with parchment, leaving a distance of 2-3 cm between the cookies.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
