Even if you are now on a diet, do not deny yourself the pleasure of eating ice cream. You can cook it without ingredients harmful to the figure, such as sugar, toppings, cream, or chocolate. At the same time, your delicacy will have a rich and bright taste that you can enjoy to the fullest! But before moving on to the recipes, I have a few tips for you.

Classic ice cream is a high-calorie product. Some desserts contain from 300 to 350 calories per 100 g. Something too much. Well, for example:

  1. Eskimo is high-calorie, because it has chocolate icing, its calorie content is approximately 270 kcal.
  2. Ice cream is also fatty, on average – 230 kcal, because the percentage of fat in it can reach 20%.
  3. Milk and cream ice cream have from 7 to 11% fat content, which is from 130 to 180 kcal per 100 g.

An exception may be popsicles and popsicles. Their calorie content ranges from 70 to 100 kcal per 100 g. Therefore, in principle, you can include it in your diet. But of course, they should not contain impurities such as syrups, nuts, caramel, or something like that, which adds calories to the dessert. So, when buying ice cream in the store, be careful. It’s up to you, but it’s better to cook it yourself at home. It’s fast, inexpensive, and delicious!

You are free to experiment with the composition of diet ice cream. It can be made from anything you find in the fridge, for example, use:

  • Low-fat cottage cheese;
  • Regular non-fat or vegetable milk;
  • Ryazhenka, kefir, natural (white) yogurt.

To make it as tasty as possible, add strawberries, raspberries, currants, and cocoa instead of chocolate. Actually, any of your favorite berries and fruits will do.

If you want to get a delicate dessert without pieces of ice, mix everything thoroughly while freezing. It is advisable to do this every 20 minutes: mix, returned to the refrigerator, and repeated again until the consistency becomes denser. You can beat with a blender or without it, having worked a little with a fork. You will also need ice cream molds. There are portioned containers and individual silicone molds. Don’t have them on hand? Use a regular paper cup for drinks.

Homemade ice cream is best kept closed, in fact, like everything in the freezer. In this form, it can be kept for up to 4 weeks.

  • 2 ripe bananas (just ripe because they are sweet and you won’t need any sweeteners)
  • 50 ml low-fat milk (if you choose coconut, then the ice cream will have a subtle coconut flavor );
  • 1 tbsp sour cream 10%;
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Cooking:

Peel the bananas from the skin and cut them into slices. Put them in the freezer for 3-5 hours (yes, you have to wait ). Then take out the bananas and let them thaw for 10 minutes. Send fruits and other ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Spread them in a bowl, you can add a little cocoa on top or a drop of honey.

  • 3 tablespoons of any low-fat milk;
  • 1 tsp honey.

Cooking:

Beat everything in a blender, put it in the forms, and send all 45 minutes to the freezer. Voila! The dessert is ready!

  • 20 g protein;
  • 300 ml of any low-fat milk;
  • 1 protein;
